Oklahoma Paycheck Calculator

Estimate your take-home pay in Oklahoma after federal taxes, Social Security, Medicare and state taxes.

About this Oklahoma paycheck calculator

This is the CalcPaid paycheck calculator with Oklahoma already selected. Enter your pay and how often you are paid, and it estimates your 2026 take-home pay after federal income tax, Social Security, Medicare and Oklahoma income tax.

It runs the same calculation as the US Paycheck Calculator. If you work in a different state, choose it in the calculator above.

Everything is calculated in your browser. Your figures are never sent to a server, written to the address bar or stored. The site uses Google Analytics to count visits, which sees that this page was opened, not what you typed into it. The privacy page has the detail.

What the calculator applies for Oklahoma

  • Oklahoma income tax rises in three steps. If you are single or married filing separately, the calculator charges nothing on the first $3,750 of Oklahoma taxable income, 2.5% from $3,750 to $4,900, 3.5% from $4,900 to $7,200 and 4.5% on everything above $7,200. If you are married filing jointly or head of household, the same rates apply, stepping up at $7,500, $9,800 and $12,200.
  • Pre-tax deductions lower your Oklahoma wages. Health, dental and vision premiums, FSA and HSA contributions, traditional 401(k) contributions and any other pre-tax deduction you enter all come off your pay before Oklahoma tax is worked out.
  • A standard deduction and an exemption come off next. The calculator subtracts a standard deduction of $6,350 if you are single or married filing separately, $12,700 if you are married filing jointly and $9,350 if you are head of household. It then subtracts an exemption of $1,000, or $2,000 if you are married filing jointly, and applies the rates to what is left.
  • The rates are for 2026 only. Oklahoma consolidated six brackets into four for 2026 and cut its top rate to 4.5%, with a trigger that can lower it further in future years. The calculator uses the rates recorded for 2026 and assumes nothing about later years.
  • Nothing else is added for Oklahoma. The calculator takes out no Oklahoma payroll contribution and no city or county income tax.
  • These figures have not been confirmed against a 2026 agency document. CalcPaid’s data names the Oklahoma Tax Commission as its source, but records the Oklahoma figures as not yet confirmed.

An estimate, not your pay stub

The result is an annualized estimate rather than an exact payroll withholding calculation. Your employer’s payroll system works pay period by pay period, using the withholding forms you filed and your year-to-date pay — information this calculator does not have — so the figure on a given paycheck can fall either side of the one shown here.

Your pay stub is the authority on what was actually withheld, and your tax return is the authority on what you finally owe for the year.
