Wyoming Paycheck Calculator
Estimate your take-home pay in Wyoming after federal income tax, Social Security and Medicare.
About this Wyoming paycheck calculator
This is the CalcPaid paycheck calculator with Wyoming already selected. Enter how much you earn and how often you are paid, and it estimates your 2026 take-home pay after federal income tax, Social Security and Medicare. Wyoming has no state income tax, so the estimate has none to take out.
It runs the same calculation as the US Paycheck Calculator. If you work in a different state, choose it in the calculator above.
Everything is calculated in your browser. Your figures are never sent to a server, written to the address bar or stored. The site uses Google Analytics to count visits, which sees that this page was opened, not what you typed into it. The privacy page has the detail.
What the calculator applies for Wyoming
- Wyoming has never enacted an individual income tax. The State of Wyoming says it has no individual or corporate income tax. The Wyoming Constitution does not forbid one: article 15, section 18 allows an income tax only if taxpayers get full credit for the sales, use and ad valorem taxes they have paid.
- The calculator adds nothing for Wyoming. It takes out no Wyoming income tax, no Wyoming payroll contribution and no city or county income tax.
- Your paycheck still has deductions. In this estimate, what comes out of Wyoming pay is federal income tax, Social Security and Medicare, plus anything you enter as a deduction, such as 401(k) contributions or health insurance premiums.
- Checked at the source. How the calculator treats Wyoming was checked against the State of Wyoming’s own statement, the text of the Wyoming Constitution and the divisions of the Wyoming Department of Revenue, none of which handles an income tax.
An estimate, not your pay stub
The result is an annualized estimate rather than an exact payroll withholding calculation. Your employer’s payroll system works pay period by pay period, using the withholding forms you filed and your year-to-date pay — information this calculator does not have — so the figure on a given paycheck can fall either side of the one shown here.
Your pay stub is the authority on what was actually withheld, and your tax return is the authority on what you finally owe for the year.
